The client
Edilizia Altomare sells building materials in Montalto Uffugo, in Calabria, to private customers, building firms and designers. Its old site no longer showed what the business really offers, so it needed a new one that makes the range and the brands easy to find.
What I built
I rebuilt the site from scratch on a custom WordPress theme, online since 31 August 2026.
- A clear structure — 7 sections (company, products, services, brands, academy, blog, contacts) and 7 product categories, from dry-wall systems to professional tools.
- Brands page — 48 brands in 13 groups. Each card shows the name until a logo file is added, then the logo takes its place on its own.
- Social links in one place — a single setting controls every profile: if an address is empty, its icon disappears everywhere. The icons also sit in the top bar, where the client actually sees them.
- Quick contact — a floating WhatsApp button, directions in Google Maps and a direct link to the shop’s Google reviews.
- A recognisable look — brand red on dark backgrounds, the Archivo typeface and the slogan “I migliori materiali. Ogni giorno.” (The best materials. Every day.)
