These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website www.pierodecindio.it (the “Website”), owned by Piero de Cindio, Italian VAT number 02963790783, e-mail info@pierodecindio.it. By using the Website you accept these Terms; if you do not agree with them, please do not use it.
2. Purpose of the Website
The Website exists to provide information about and to present the professional activities of Piero de Cindio (web and application development, artificial intelligence, video and music production, design, digital organisation, consulting). Information about services does not constitute a contractual offer: every engagement is governed by a quotation and by a specific agreement.
3. Intellectual property
Text, images, video, music, logos, design, code and all other content on the Website belong to Piero de Cindio or to their respective owners and are protected by Italian copyright law (Law 633/1941) and by industrial property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use the content for commercial purposes without written permission. You are free to share links to pages of the Website and to quote short extracts, stating the source.
The work shown in the “Projects” section may include clients’ trade marks and materials, which remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for illustrative purposes.
4. Permitted use
You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to: attempt to access restricted areas or connected systems; interfere with the working of the Website (attacks, mass scraping, automated form submissions); send unlawful, offensive, misleading or spam content through the contact form; or use the content to train artificial intelligence systems without permission.
5. Contact form and communications
The information you send through the contact form, by e-mail or on WhatsApp must be truthful. Any answers given are for information only and do not constitute binding advice until an agreement is signed. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
The content of the Website is provided “as is”. While every effort is made to keep it accurate and up to date, no guarantee is given that it is free of errors or omissions, nor that the Website will be continuously available. The Website may contain links to external sites (social networks, platforms, clients’ websites). Those sites are outside my control and I am not responsible for their content, their privacy practices or their availability.
8. Content generated with artificial intelligence

9. Changes
These Terms may be changed at any time; the version in force is the one published on the Website, with its update date. Using the Website after changes are published means you accept them.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Cosenza, Italy, have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of jurisdiction laid down for consumers by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). For the alternative resolution of disputes online, consumers may use the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
