The client
Tecnosar is a company in Brescia, northern Italy, that installs resin floors and coatings for homes, industrial buildings and healthcare facilities. Its first site ran on ASP with a small database. It needed a modern site that shows finished work and explains which floor suits which setting.
What I built
I rebuilt the site on WordPress, moving it from the old ASP version to a theme made for construction companies.
- Pages by sector — separate sections for civil, industrial and healthcare floors, so each type of client finds its own case.
- Project images — real installations such as a restaurant floor, a poolside surround, a pedestrian walkway and an attic conversion.
- Colour choice service — a page that walks clients through picking the colour of their floor.
- Visual home page — full-width sliders and page-builder layouts that the client can edit without code.
- Contact and map — contact form and a responsive map to the company.
- Security and speed — firewall, HTTPS enforcement, database clean-up and image compression.
